Developed as part of our Insurance Defense Litigation Practice, we have represented business entities from national corporations to sole proprietorships in the areas of personal injury and property claims based upon Premises Liability Law. Product Liability

We have extensive experience in the defense of Product claims, representing a wide variety of Manufacturers, Distributors and Retailers. These cases often involve injury & property damage based upon claims of defectively designed or manufactured products, parts or systems. Our expertise includes the ability to identify and select experts in the fields of design, manufacturing and distribution to analyze the true nature of the claimed defects.

Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist Claims

Our practice has included the evaluation and defense of Insurance claims premised on the policy coverage for Uninsured and Underinsured automobile accidents. This experience has been developed over many years, representing insurers, with particular emphasis in the defense of minimal impact and fraudulently based claims.
