Alberta L. Young received her Bachelor of Arts
degree in Government from Harvard University in 1982. She obtained
her Juris Doctorate from the University of Santa Clara School of
Law in 1985.
Ms. Young has extensive experience in insurance
defense litigation, including products liability, toxic tort, premises
liability and
public entity law. She has developed expertise in defense of complex
litigation matters for large companies including Ralph M. Parsons,
J.C. Penney, and Chicago Bridge & Iron.
Ms. Young is a member of the State Bar
of California, and the American Bar Association. She is admitted
to practice before all the courts
of the State of California, as well as the United States District
Court, Northern District of California.
